The visionaries behind ‘Vic Harbour Kitchen and Bar’ are Joseph Campisi, owner of another NewQuay success, Liquid, and his hot young chef Sunny Gilbert. Sunny is a talented chef whose passion for food was recognised early in his career with three nominations for the Australian Young Achiever Award. Sunny has been asked to showcase his superb take on Australian cuisine in New York, Hong Kong and China.
